Why join Friends and Family? 

Sports Den is a family owned and operated business. If you don't know our story, you can read more about us here. The bottom line, is that we want your shopping experience to feel meaningful. The way we see it, the skis, bikes, and clothing that we sell, are used to maximize your own meaningful experiences in outdoor spaces with the people you care about. 

We have so many loyal customers, that we decided to return the favor and offer a Friends and Family program, and not name it that superficially. It's because when you support us, you're genuinely supporting our family and we appreciate you supporting our business more than we can express. We hope that you feel like you are our friends, or even family and will take advantage of some of awesome benefits. As always, we welcome feedback, and hope to see you in the store, or out on the trail soon! 

Earning Points on Purchases

There are two ways to earn points, making purchases, and completing tasks. 

Making Purchases

Making purchases is the fastest (and easiest) way to earn points. At checkout, give your name or phone number to the sales associate. Families can choose to share one account (based on one cell phone number) or have individual accounts. 

Bonus Tasks (optional) 

Completing Bonus Tasks will offer one-time points. Tasks include account setup, adding birthday (for an extra discount) and social media follows. Bonus tasks for points will be available soon!  

What happens if I return items? 

If you return items or cancel an order, points you earned on that order will be removed from your account​. Reward points used on a purchase will be refunded to your account when the return is processed.

The Benefit

One of the best benefits customers will gain from Friends and Family is rewards. Rewards include, but are not limited to: 

• Birthday gift (every year) the week of your birthday
• Insider tips and insights on product arrivals and sales
• Free perks from points (like tunes, and unlocked discounts)
• Gifts with purchase

In addition, when sales are kept under your account, it eliminates the need for paper receipts. We're also able to let you know when your items are ready to be picked up, when new products from your favorite brands arrive, and if we have special promotions or sales coming up! 

Friends and Family isn't meant to be intrusive, or annoying. Our goal is to help you gain maximum benefit from your outdoor recreation experiences!
