Returns happen. Let’s make this right. Go ahead and return any unused items purchased from sportsden.com within 30 days of delivery and either make an exchange or request a refund- whatever your pleasure. Sound good?

Your return might even be a result of our mistake. Please don’t take it personal. In such cases we’ll cover the return shipping costs- and we’ll like it.

You’ll need to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) by following the instructions below.

Please be aware that sales on all items marked “Closeout” are final.

Refunds
Your refund will be issued based on your original form of payment. Expect to receive your refund within about one or two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (in many cases much faster). This includes the time it takes for us to receive your return from the shipper and for your bank to process our refund request. We'll notify you via email once we've received and processed the returned item.

Warranty Issues
All warranty issues should be handled through our store located in Salt Lake City, UT. Please allow us to help you rather than dealing directly with the manufacturer. In order to send us products with warranty issues, you’ll need to get an RMA number by following the instructions below (just as you would for a return). Make sure to check the “Warranty” box on the Return Notification Form.

Instructions
1. Get an RMA number by completing a Return Notification Form. Your RMA number will be emailed to you within 24 hours and is valid for 30 days. In situations where we are responsible for return shipping, we’ll send you a prepaid printable shipping label as part of the same email.

2. Box-up the item(s) you are returning with all original tags and packaging.

3. Print your RMA number in a visible place on the outside of the package.

4. Insure your package and obtain a tracking number from the shipping company.

Exchanges
Since many of our items sell quickly, the best time to place an exchange order is right away. If the exchange product you want is unavailable, we’ll give you a refund.
